  21.    International News E-Wire Service (INEWS) is an English
  22. language daily, covering news of the world.  INEWS provides
  23. up-to-date and accurate world news.  It also includes many
  24. features and interviews covering such topics as current events,
  25. politics, economics, science, medicine, history, technology,
  26. agriculture, religion, and music.

  28.    Low cost republication rights are available allowing articles
  29. to be used on BBSs, in newsletters, advertising, LANs, weeklies,
  30. community newspapers, school newspapers, brochures, media kits,
  31. presentations, church bulletins, and more.

  34. stationed at 26 news bureaus throughout the world.  INEWS relates

  43.    Delivered through E-mail in one of two versions, plain text or
  44. a DOS/VGA version.  The DOS/VGA version is sent either through
  45. E-mail, encoded, or through file transfer on America Online, 
  46. CompuServe, Prodigy.

  48.    What is an encoded file?  Most electronic mail systems can't
  49. handle binary files.  Binary files are word processor and
  50. spreadsheet data files, and files with a .EXE or .COM extension.

  52. file into an ASCII file, that can be sent through E-mail.  Once
  53. you receive the encoded file(s) through E-mail, you can decode it
  54. to return the file back to its binary form.

  63. Internet, AppleLink, America Online, AT&T Mail, AT&T EasyLink,
